We had the most incredible wedding and thanks to Will we have a fantastic record of the day. Will and David slotted in seamlessly from the start of the day and made us feel completely at ease throughout.

We have stunning classical shots capturing the emotion of our ceremony and the beauty of the church right through to the spontaneous, silly drunken moments from the dance floor late on.

We were priveliged to have found Will and would more than recommend him to others!
— Rebecca & Chris

The wedding of Rebecca and Chris in Boxworth in Cambridgeshire was my last of 2018 in December. To complete the year with their wedding was amazing. Held at their parents in Boxworth in the countryside was a beautiful setting for their church ceremony and celebrations.

I spent the morning photographing Rebecca and her bridal party getting ready at her parents, which was really personal - lots of emotions and it was clear how much everyone was looking forward to the wedding. To see first hand the expressions of Rebeccas parents was deeply moving, such pride and love.

I’d like to thank David Pullum for second shooting for me on this wedding, all the weddings we’ve shot together including this one have been very big weddings with lots of people so having another photographer that is so skilful and tuned into the approach of photographing people naturally has been imperative to making the best images to create the most vivid and enjoyable memories for each couple. His images always take my breath away, and are always a real pleasure to make a unique and personal collaborative collection with.

David started the day whilst I was with Rebecca, photographing Chris the groom with his groomsmen at the Golden Ball the local village pub, preparing for the wedding.

Rebecca and Chris had a very personal and meaningful ceremony in the church, with such a large congregation it was fascinating to photograph and with freedom to photograph all the way through, could be really creative and capture lots of great moments.

Family and friends are always really important when it comes to weddings, this one no different. As a documentary wedding photographer I thrive for natural moments and expressions. Rebecca and Chris’s wedding had this in abundance, so I was in my element. For a December wedding we were extremely lucky with good weather and light, so as much as this gave plenty of opportunity for natural interactions to be documented, it also meant that the formalities of getting a good selection of group portraits could also be done with time on our side and everyone relaxed outside the church.

From the feeling of the day, every detail they had planned to ensure they and their family and friends had the best time. The wedding day continued onto the party, where everyone got involved and the dance floor in the marquee was packed through to the early hours.

With special thanks to Rebecca and Chris for inviting us to document their day. A couple who clearly care about everyone and together make a wonderful couple. They absolutely live for each other and their family and friends which was evident by the radiant smiles on their faces all day.
